This funding supports feasibility clinical trials of complementary and integrative health approaches involving mind and body interventions for conditions identified as high-priority by NCCIH. The trials should generate essential data to inform the design and conduct of subsequent full-scale clinical efficacy, effectiveness, pragmatic, or dissemination trials. Applications must demonstrate the scientific necessity of the proposed research and describe the planned future clinical trial. Eligible applicants include a wide range of organizations such as public and private institutions of higher education, nonprofits, government entities at various levels, tribal organizations, small businesses, and others. Foreign organizations are generally not eligible to apply.
