This funding opportunity supports studies that identify, develop, and test strategies to overcome barriers to adoption, adaptation, integration, sustainability, scale-up, and spread of evidence-based health interventions. It also encourages research on stopping or reducing ineffective or harmful practices and advancing dissemination and implementation research methods. Applications may include re-implementation of health services disrupted by disasters. Clinical trials are optional.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of organizations such as public and private higher education institutions, tribal organizations, for-profit and nonprofit organizations, government entities, and various minority-serving institutions. Both U.S. and certain non-U.S. entities may apply.
