This funding supports studies that identify, develop, and test strategies to overcome barriers to adoption, adaptation, integration, scale-up, and sustainability of evidence-based health interventions, programs, and policies. It also funds research on stopping or reducing ineffective or harmful practices and advancing dissemination and implementation research methods. Applications must align with the mission of participating Institutes/Centers.
Eligible applicants include public and private institutions of higher education, government entities at various levels, nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status, for-profit organizations excluding small businesses, small businesses, tribal governments and organizations, and public housing authori
