This funding opportunity supports a variety of flood mitigation activities designed to reduce flood risk to buildings insured under the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Eligible applicants include states, U.S. territories, federally recognized and other Native American tribal governments, and local governments applying through their state or territory. Applications are submitted via the FEMA Grants Outcomes system.
