This Broad Agency Announcement invites applications for special projects and programs that support NOAA Fisheries' strategic plan and mission goals. Funding is available for new discretionary Federal assistance projects across multiple NOAA Line Offices, including National Marine Fisheries Service and others. Applicants must submit to the appropriate Line Office and coordinate if applying to multiple offices. The announcement excludes funding for existing NOAA awards and Federal organizations unless through interagency agreements.
Eligible applicants include institutions of higher education, nonprofits, commercial organizations, international or foreign organizations or governments, individuals, state, local, and Indian Tribal governments. Federal organizations are generally not eligible unless through interagency agreements.
