This program funds creative projects that advance public diplomacy goals including climate crisis action, U.S.-Spain security alliances, STEM and entrepreneurship, media literacy, human rights, and inclusion. Projects must include an American element such as partnerships or expert involvement. Eligible activities include academic competitions, exchanges, workshops, curriculum development, exhibits, hackathons, and performances. Projects should start between Dec 2021 and Sept 2022 and complete within 18 months.
Eligible applicants include not-for-profit organizations, civil society groups, NGOs, think tanks, professional associations, media outlets, governmental institutions, public international organizations, and individual citizens with a proven track record.
