This program funds research to develop and experimentally evaluate coordinated and individual behaviors for small groups of autonomous agents to learn doctrinal and novel tactics for maneuvering in military-relevant environments. It emphasizes resilience to disruptions and failures, planning under uncertainty, and learning coordinated strategies. Research must be demonstrated in sophisticated simulations and may include system-level demonstrations with ARL collaborators.
