This opportunity funds pilot effectiveness trials to evaluate therapeutic and service delivery interventions for post-acute management of mental health conditions. Projects should assess feasibility, tolerability, acceptability, safety, and preliminary effectiveness, focusing on interventions matched to illness stage. The goal is to generate data to support larger-scale definitive effectiveness trials.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of U.S. organizations such as independent school districts, housing authorities, for-profit organizations, governments at various levels, small businesses, nonprofits, tribal organizations, and institutions of higher education.
