This Broad Agency Announcement invites applications for special projects and programs that support NOAA's strategic plan and mission goals. Applicants must submit proposals to the appropriate NOAA Line Office BAA, including offices focused on marine fisheries, ocean service, weather service, atmospheric research, education, and environmental satellite data. Coordination is required if submitting to multiple offices. Funding is discretionary and excludes federal organizations unless specific authority exists.
Eligible applicants include institutions of higher education, nonprofits, commercial organizations, international or foreign organizations or governments, individuals, and state, local, and Indian Tribal governments. Federal organizations are generally not eligible unless specific funding authority
