This award supports educational activities aimed at pre-college individuals to enhance understanding of biomedical research and foster interest in STEM careers. It funds research education activities aligned with NIH mission areas and excludes clinical trials. Eligible applicants include a wide range of organizations such as nonprofits, educational institutions, and government entities.
Eligible applicants include Native American tribal governments, nonprofits, independent school districts, state and local governments, public housing authorities, institutions of higher education, for-profit organizations other than small businesses, and small businesses.
