This funding opportunity supports research aimed at improving health in Native American populations through etiologic studies, development and testing of culturally appropriate health promotion and treatment interventions, and dissemination and implementation research. Projects should build on community strengths and focus on sustainable, adaptable solutions to reduce health disparities and improve morbidity and mortality outcomes.
