Supports activities that develop, expand, or sustain NIST partnership programs and collaborative research in areas including metrology, standards, nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, advanced communications, advanced manufacturing, promotion of U.S. innovation, measurements in sciences, neutron research, and coordination of the U.S. standards system with government and private sectors.
Open to all non-Federal entities including institutions of higher education, non-profits, for-profits, state/local governments, Indian tribes, hospitals, foreign public entities, and foreign governments. Individuals and sole proprietors are not eligible.
