The IGE Program funds bold, transformative projects in STEM graduate education training. It supports proposals that develop skills for diverse STEM careers or research systemic interventions in graduate education. Projects may pilot novel models and examine systemic innovations to enrich knowledge on effective graduate education. Strategic collaborations with private sector, NGOs, government, and academic partners are encouraged.
Eligible applicants include U.S.-based non-profit non-academic organizations associated with education or research, accredited U.S. institutions of higher education, and federally recognized American Indian or Alaska Native tribes. International branch campuses may participate with justification.
