This funding opportunity supports resources that provide access to state-of-the-art biomedical equipment, technologies, research tools, materials, organisms, software, and services to a substantial regional or national user base. Eligible resources must be established or formed through consolidation, maintained to current best practices, and actively promote availability through web presence and outreach, including user training and support. Only resources within NIGMS-supported program areas qualify.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of organizations such as nonprofits, small businesses, tribal governments, public institutions, and regional organizations. Foreign organizations and foreign components of U.S. organizations are not eligible.
