Supports investigator-driven STEM research collaborations involving at least two EPSCoR-eligible jurisdictions. Projects must build sustainable research infrastructure and capacity, promote institutional and disciplinary diversity, and include early-career faculty development. The program encourages partnerships among government, academia, and industry to enhance R&D competitiveness and broaden participation in STEM.
