Supports investigator-driven STEM research collaborations involving at least two EPSCoR-eligible jurisdictions. Projects must align with NSF's strategic priorities, foster institutional and disciplinary diversity, and include activities to broaden participation and develop early-career faculty. The program aims to enhance research infrastructure and R&D competitiveness through sustainable partnerships.
Eligible applicants include institutions or organizations in EPSCoR-eligible jurisdictions, accredited U.S. higher education institutions, not-for-profit U.S. organizations with 501(c)(3) status, and federally recognized or Indigenous tribal governments.
