This funding opportunity supports phased UG3/UH3 cooperative agreement research to evaluate and implement population-based interventions targeting social and chronic disease risk factors driving oral disease burden. Funded projects will join a CBPR consortium (ADAPT) collaborating with a Community Engagement Evaluation hub and NIH consultative resources to promote data use and transformational community engagement for optimizing oral health across the lifespan.
