This Broad Agency Announcement invites innovative research proposals targeting hard GEOINT problems in foundational GEOINT, advanced phenomenologies, and analytic technologies. Proposals are solicited through Topic Calls published during the open solicitation period. Only submissions responding to active Topic Calls will be reviewed. Access to Classified IC-ARC is required for certain documents and proposal submission. Updated solicitation revisions and templates are provided to guide applicants.
All responsible sources capable of satisfying the Government's needs may submit abstracts and proposals. Detailed eligibility information is provided in Section 3 of the Broad Agency Announcement HM047623BAA0001.
