This funding opportunity supports early-stage dissemination and implementation research in communication disorders, including hearing, balance, taste, smell, voice, speech, and language. It aims to understand and improve the adoption and integration of evidence-based innovations in clinical and community settings. Collaborative projects combining expertise in dissemination and implementation science with NIDCD mission areas are encouraged. The R21 activity code will be used, and applications involving foreign subawards/subcontracts are not permitted.
Eligible applicants include small businesses, tribal governments, higher education institutions, nonprofits, government entities, for-profit organizations, and foreign organizations. Foreign subawards/subcontracts are not allowed, but foreign components and consultants are permitted.
