Supports innovative basic, clinical, translational, and implementation science research focused on HIV and substance use. Encourages transformative studies that advance strategies for HIV prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and virus suppression in people who use substances or have substance use disorders. Clinical trial participation is optional.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of organizations such as nonprofits, for-profits, government entities, tribal organizations, educational institutions, and small businesses. Foreign organizations and collaborations are also eligible to apply.
