Funded projects use rigorous qualitative and quantitative methods to develop and test theories across multiple intellectual perspectives and levels of analysis. Research aims to yield generalizable insights valuable to practitioners, policymakers, and scholars. Implementation or evaluation of specific organizational programs is not supported.
