This grant funds communities and regions to devise and implement long-term economic recovery strategies through non-construction and construction projects. Eligible areas are those with Presidential major disaster declarations under the Stafford Act due to Hurricanes Ian and Fiona, wildfires, flooding, and other natural disasters in 2021 and 2022.
