This program awards non-research cooperative agreements to support management and sustainability of Department of War lands in the U.S. It funds high priority natural and cultural resource projects that enhance installation resilience, environmental objectives, and military readiness through programs like SERDP, ESTCP, REPI, and Legacy Resource Management.
