This funding opportunity supports pharmacodynamic, pharmacokinetic, and in vivo efficacy studies of therapeutic agents including small molecules, biologics, and biotechnology-derived products targeting neurological or neuromuscular disorders. The goal is to demonstrate sufficient biological activity to justify further development and to advance projects toward entry into the Blueprint Neurotherapeutics Network or other translational programs. Clinical trials are not permitted under this FOA.
