This program supports educational activities that complement and enhance training for a workforce addressing biomedical, behavioral, and clinical research needs related to substance use and substance use disorders. It targets those in clinically focused careers or training as clinicians, health service providers, or clinical researchers. Non-research-related clinical training is not supported.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of U.S. government entities, educational institutions, nonprofits, tribal organizations, and for-profit organizations including small businesses. See official guidelines for full details.
