This funding opportunity supports multi-site exploratory and confirmatory clinical trials, biomarker validation studies, and ancillary studies focused on stroke prevention, treatment, and recovery. Successful applicants will collaborate within the NIH StrokeNet infrastructure, leveraging the National Coordinating Center, Data Management Center, and Regional Coordinating Centers for study implementation, recruitment, and data management.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of organizations such as nonprofits, for-profits, government entities, educational institutions, tribal organizations, and small businesses. Foreign organizations are generally ineligible except for allowed foreign components of U.S. organizations.
