The BRE-SPAD Program funds domestic organizations with limited biomedical research resources and few biomedical doctoral students. It supports nonprofits, public and private institutions of higher education, and minority-serving institutions to enhance their research environment and increase sponsored programs administration capacity. Foreign organizations and components are not eligible.
