This opportunity funds feasibility studies and clinical trials to evaluate system interventions that improve mental health service organization, delivery, coordination, and outcomes. Interventions may address structural, policy, organizational, and interpersonal domains affecting access, equity, engagement, value, management, quality, and safety. Eligible settings include health systems, clinics, schools, and juvenile justice systems. Clinical trials are required, supporting research that advances mental health care effectiveness.
Eligible applicants include Native American tribal governments, nonprofits (with or without 501(c)(3) status), private and public institutions of higher education, state and local governments, for-profit organizations other than small businesses, small businesses, and other specified entities. See o
