This grant funds research projects that integrate imaging and fluid-based tumor monitoring (liquid biopsy) assays during cancer therapy to determine optimal use of these modalities in characterizing therapy response and emergence of resistance. Clinical trials are optional, enabling diverse study designs focused on improving cancer treatment monitoring.
