This award funds small-scale biomedical research projects at institutions that award baccalaureate science degrees and have limited NIH funding. It prioritizes providing research experiences for undergraduate students and enhancing the research environment at these institutions. Eligible applicants include minority-serving and other designated undergraduate-focused institutions. Clinical trials are not allowed.
Eligible applicants include private and public undergraduate-focused institutions with limited NIH funding, including minority-serving institutions. Foreign organizations are not eligible.
