Supports UG3/UH3 phased cooperative agreements for planning and implementing behavioral and social intervention clinical trials targeting dental, oral, or craniofacial conditions. The UG3 phase focuses on scientific and operational planning, including feasibility studies and protocol development, lasting up to 2 years. Successful projects may transition to the UH3 phase, supporting clinical trial implementation for up to 5 years, covering intervention development through cost-effectiveness research.
