This program supports early-stage collaborative activities to catalyze new and transformative socio-technical partnerships that enhance research data infrastructure ecosystems. It encourages innovation to improve data accessibility, discoverability, reliability, reproducibility, sustainability, and utility in alignment with national public access and open science initiatives. Proposals are accepted year-round with potential special thematic calls.
