This opportunity funds efforts to build a research network that enhances influenza modeling and forecasting. Funded activities include improving situational awareness, informing prevention and control strategies, advancing forecasting science, and enhancing communication with state, local, and non-governmental organizations. Special focus is on populations at higher risk or with limited access to influenza prevention measures.
