This funding opportunity supports applications to develop and conduct Clinical Coordinating Centers for investigator-initiated multi-site clinical trials, including efficacy, comparative effectiveness, pragmatic, and dissemination and implementation science trials. Innovative designs such as platform, adaptive, and Bayesian trials are encouraged. Applications must include a comprehensive scientific and operational plan addressing trial management, recruitment, milestones, and dissemination, with a focus on community engagement and reducing health disparities.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of U.S. organizations such as small businesses, tribal governments, educational institutions, nonprofits, and government entities. Foreign organizations and components of U.S. organizations may apply, but foreign subawards/subcontracts are not allowed.
