This funding opportunity supports investigator-initiated single-site clinical trials including efficacy, comparative effectiveness, pragmatic, and dissemination and implementation science trials. Innovative designs such as platform, adaptive, and Bayesian trials are encouraged. Applications must present a scientific rationale and operational plan addressing project management, recruitment, milestones, and dissemination. Community engagement and health equity are key components. Multiple PD/PI models are encouraged but not required.
