This opportunity funds long-range science and technology projects that have potential to improve Navy and Marine Corps operations. Proposals are welcomed from academia, industry, and the worldwide research community across diverse science and engineering fields. Collaborative teams are encouraged, with expectations for cooperation and data sharing among contractors and system integrators selected by ONR.
Eligible applicants include academia, industry, and the worldwide research community. Federally Funded Research & Development Centers and certain DoD laboratories are ineligible. Teams and University Affiliated Research Centers may apply under specific conditions.
