This funding opportunity provides investigators with access to a state-of-the-art Biological Testing Facility to support contraceptive development and reproductive health programs. It funds services that enable innovative and validated methods for future regulatory submissions or clinical development. Priority may be given to programs with current NIH support, but it is not required. Foreign organizations may apply, but foreign components of U.S. organizations are excluded.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of U.S. entities such as county, city, state governments, higher education institutions, nonprofits, small businesses, tribal governments, and others. Foreign organizations may apply, but foreign components of U.S. organizations are not eligible.
