Funded projects are expected to have clear societal benefits. Proposals focusing mainly on neural mappings, clinical populations, or non-human animal behavior without human relevance may be returned without review.
Open to any type of entity without specific restrictions. Investigators are encouraged to confirm appropriateness of their research with the program before applying.
