This funding opportunity supports the establishment of one center for independent living in Guam. The center will provide core services such as information and referral, independent living skills training, peer counseling, advocacy, and assistance with transitions from institutions to community living. The project spans 24 months with two 12-month budget periods and aims to improve and expand independent living services in Guam.
Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) IRS status, excluding institutions of higher education. The center must be established in Guam.
