This funding supports a Clinical Trial Center and up to seven Clinical Centers to advance precision clinical trials in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Activities include master protocol development, patient recruitment and retention, deep phenotyping, tissue biopsies, and longitudinal follow-up to refine heart failure subtypes and treatment targets.
