This funding supports the development and implementation of research education programs aimed at recent baccalaureates from diverse backgrounds. It focuses on providing intensive research experiences in Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias to prepare participants for advanced degree programs or competitive research careers in AD/ADRD disciplines. Independent clinical trials are not allowed under this program.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of organizations such as nonprofits, educational institutions, government entities, tribal organizations, and small businesses. Eligibility extends to both public and private institutions and various government levels.
