This opportunity funds the renewal of the HeartShare Data Translation Center to coordinate the NHLBI phenomics program focused on heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Activities include patient cohort enrollment, deep phenotyping data curation and analysis, and support for clinical trial planning and implementation. The award supports ongoing coordination and data management to advance personalized clinical trials.
