The Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program supports innovative proposals to develop highly effective K-12 STEM teachers and teacher leaders in high-need school districts. It offers four tracks: scholarships and stipends for STEM undergraduates and professionals, teaching fellowships, master teaching fellowships for experienced teachers, and research on teacher effectiveness and retention. Capacity building and conference proposals are also supported. Applicants must be accredited U.S. institutions or eligible nonprofits with appropriate PI teams.
Eligible applicants include U.S.-based accredited institutions of higher education, consortia, and nonprofit organizations offering teacher education or residency programs. Track 4 allows professional societies associated with STEM education research. PI teams must include STEM and education faculty
