This funding supports approximately five cooperative agreements aimed at expanding or improving legal services for older adults. Projects should create public-private partnerships at state and local levels and deliver measurable, sustainable improvements in legal assistance ranging from advice to full representation, in compliance with relevant Older Americans Act and CFR provisions.
Open to any U.S.-based entity except foreign entities. Faith-based and community organizations meeting eligibility requirements may apply.
