This cooperative agreement funds one award to operate the National Long-Term Care Ombudsman Resource Center (NORC). Funded activities include providing support, technical assistance, and training to all 53 State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Programs and their networks. The goal is to improve the skills, knowledge, and management capacity of these programs to better advocate for residents in long-term care facilities.
Open to any type of entity except foreign organizations. Faith-based and community organizations meeting eligibility requirements may apply.
