Single Source: Post-Stroke Vascular Contributions to Cognitive Impairment and Dementia (VCID) in the United States (U19 - Clinical Trial Not Allowed)

Supports a single cooperative agreement to Massachusetts General Hospital to renew the Post-Stroke VCID program. The award enables completion of scientific aims linking stroke to cognitive impairment and dementia through multi-site clinical research. Clinical trials are not allowed under this funding. The program advances national priorities addressing Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

Only Massachusetts General Hospital is eligible to apply. Applicants must have received a prior award under RFA-NS-19-012. Foreign organizations and foreign components are not eligible.
