This grant funds eligible non-construction activities in the Gulf Coast region under the RESTORE Act, including natural resource restoration, mitigation, conservation management, workforce development, infrastructure improvements, tourism promotion, seafood consumption, planning assistance, and administrative costs. Applicants must be county or state governments and focus on activities aligned with the RESTORE Act priorities. Construction and real property acquisition projects require a separate application.
