This grant funds eligible non-construction activities in the Gulf Coast region under the RESTORE Act, including restoration of natural resources, workforce development, infrastructure improvements, tourism promotion, and planning assistance. Eligible applicants are county and state governments. Activities must comply with Treasury regulations and focus on specified priorities such as ecosystem restoration, coastal protection, and economic development. Planning for the Multiyear Implementation Plan is also supported.
