This funding opportunity supports individual scientists or groups proposing exceptionally innovative and transformative research related to Down syndrome and its co-occurring conditions. Projects should have the potential to create new scientific paradigms, improve clinical approaches, or develop transformative technologies. No preliminary data are required, and applications are welcomed across all relevant topics.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of organizations such as nonprofits, institutions of higher education, government entities, for-profit organizations, tribal governments, and foreign organizations. Both domestic and international entities may apply.
