This funding opportunity supports Animal and Biological Material Resource Centers that provide specialized laboratory animal colonies, biological materials, and informatics tools to the biomedical research community. Projects must enhance scientific rigor, transparency, and reproducibility, support multiple NIH Institutes, and coordinate with new approach methodologies such as cell culture, organoids, and computational models. Both continuation and development of new resources are supported.
Eligible applicants include private and public institutions of higher education, nonprofits, small businesses, government entities, and for-profit organizations other than small businesses. Foreign organizations and foreign components are not eligible.
