This funding supports three components: surveys of autistic teens and young adults to assess service and support needs; clinic-based enrollment and data collection for people with Fragile X Syndrome; and dissemination of public health materials to improve healthcare provider capacity. The goal is to reduce morbidity, mortality, and economic impacts while enhancing health and well-being for affected individuals and families.
Eligible applicants include state and local governments, tribal governments and organizations, public and private higher education institutions, independent school districts, nonprofits, small businesses, and for-profit organizations. Entities must meet specific eligibility criteria outlined in the
