This limited competition funds established Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Centers to advance diagnosis, prevention, treatment, and amelioration of IDD. Applications must include 3-4 cores supporting interdisciplinary and translational research and 2-3 specific research projects addressing identified research needs. Collaborative translational science and community engagement including persons with lived experience are emphasized. Funding duration is 3 years.
Eligible institutions must be existing Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Centers funded under specific prior RFAs. See additional information for detailed eligibility.
